Building Confidence and Destroy Fear

Does FEAR exist, the answer is YES. we have to conquer Fear before Fear Conquer us.

The fear that we face is psychological, we worry, we get tensed, panic in some of the situations, we imagine negatively. If a doctor finds out you have an infection in you, he goes further and gives you treatment.

But what about the fear that you have been with you since your small, can that be removed like infection in your body. Yes, Fear is real, when you get fear there will be a change in your body language. Fear stops people in achieving the goal set, which in turn makes to lose the opportunities coming their way. Fear also makes people less achievable and also it makes them stop enjoying little things in life. Fear is one of the forces that stops you from getting what you want.

None of us born with confidence and fear, these are the personality traits that we build according to the situation. Now we know that we have practiced of getting fear, Now the question is how to get rid of the fear that we have developed?

The answer is “ACTION CURES FEAR”. Yes, the only thing that you can get rid of fear is Action.

When you get fear, stop for a while, then think that to get rid of this fear what action should I take to eliminate fear? By taking the required action fear automatically disappears.

Here is a list of fear and action you can take action to eliminate fear

  1. Fear of People: Action you have to take is the other person in front of you is just another human just like you.
  2. Fear of what other say: Action is whatever you are working should be right. Do it, unless it does not harm anyone.
  3. Fear of examination: Action is to sit and study well, which makes you remember the subject and present very well in exam.
  4. Fear of losing Customer: Action is work hard and focus on giving good service. Learn from the previous mistake and don’t repeat it.
Use these two important steps to eradicate fear:
  1. Deal the fear separately, Write it down. Determine what are you really afraid of.
  2. Then take action. There are different actions for different fear.

Now let us focus on building confidence.

Our brain is a locker which stores many information’s and you deposit so many thoughts inside your locker. Whatever the problem might be, your brains answer automatically and sends the required messages to deal with situation.

Only Deposit Positive thoughts in your Brain:

There are so many unwanted situations occur, unpleasant situation occurs. What unsuccessful people do is that they take the negative situation into their heart. They always put the negative situation inside their memory and also during their retiring time ant night they think of that negative situation and sleeps. But successful people put only positive thought in their memory, they do not focus on the negative situation. Negative thought gives wear and tear and only worry; disappointment builds inside memory. When you are alone focus on only positive experiences that have occurred in your life. Put those positive thoughts in your memory. This helps in gaining confidence and it feels good and your body functions well also. Recall what you are all thankful for: your spouse, children, parents, food you eat. Give a reason for these positive happening.

Withdraw only positive thoughts from your Brain:

Eliminating negative thoughts before they are grown big devil, which controls you rather than you controlling. A tiff between couple, sacking from job, loss in business etc. are some common devils grown in some people. Search for the positive moment and withdraw only good memories.

Think and Act confidently:

Confident action produces confident thinking. Act the way you want to feel, some guidelines which help you

  • Front Desk: When you attend meetings in any field, first go and take a front desk because it helps you in gaining confidence. Practice it.
  • Eye Contact: This is also one the important factor, because when you speak with the person with eye contact then the opposite person, he will trust you and it tells that you are confident and honest in your approach.
Practice Speaking:

The more you speak the more will be your confidence. Make sure you speak in every meeting you attend. Never worry about looking foolish, Put your opinion in meeting and see the build in confidence.

Smile Always:

Smile gives a real boost in body language and it is a excellent medicine for getting confidence. Most people never smiled so they don’t believe the impact. Smile also defeats fear, destroys worry.

Conclusion:

Building confidence and getting rid of Fear is gradual but powerful process with the said above practices. By believing in yourself, taking challenges step by step and from day-to-day experience we, we can remove fear and can build confidence. In overcoming fear, we become stronger, braver and more capable of achieving the goals.
