more they age, the better they become as a person, like a wine.
Are your hormones out of balance? Are you nearing to age grp 40+…? Here is the
origin root called Menopause!! Menopause is defined as a lack of menstruation for
one full year.
Here I would like to share glimpse of this Menopause stage where I have seen my
mother, my aunts, my colleagues and Infact many women who are facing and
undergoing this problem naturally and severely.
So we women of 30’s should start living a healthy lifestyle to face the menopausal
stage when we reach the 40+stage of life circle.
Menopause occurs when a woman hasn’t menstruated in 12 serial months and can
no longer become pregnant naturally. It usually begins between the ages of 45 and
55, but can develop before or after this age range. Before this menopause stage
starts to occur let’s build of body mentally, physically and strongly, to over the
menopausal phase.
Menopause can cause uncomfortable symptoms, such as hot bursts and weight
gain. For most women, medical treatment isn’t needed for menopause. As I have
seen women in my family undergoing this menopausal phase, many symptoms
vent, and a kind of displeasure & dissatisfaction in our everyday chores. Every
woman’s menopause experience is unique. Symptoms are usually more severe
when menopause occurs suddenly or over a shorter period of time.
There are many factors that help define when you’ll begin menopause, including
genetics and ovary health which I have absorbed. That’s the Perimenopause and
postmenopausal stage.
During primenopause, menstrual periods become irregular, Post menopause refers
to the years after menopause has occurred. Aside from menstruation changes, the
symptoms of primenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal are generally the
same.
The most common early signs of perimenopause are where women have less
frequent menstruation ,heavier or lighter periods than you normally experience and
also night sweats., insomnia ,vaginal dryness ,weight gain, depression ,anxiety
,difficulty concentrating ,memory problems ,reduced libido, dry skin, mouth,
and eyes ,increased urination ,headaches ,urinary tract infections ,painful or stiff
joints ,reduced bone mass ,less full breasts ,hair thinning or loss ,increased hair
growth on other areas of the body, such as the face, neck, chest, and upper back
The Need to the hour for every woman who is in the age group of 35’s you have to
start working on your own body first. There are several ways to reduce minor-to-
moderate menopause symptoms naturally, using home remedies, lifestyle changes

nighttime and during warm or unpredictable weather. This can help you manage
hot flashes. Keeping your bedroom cool and avoiding heavy blankets at night can
also help reduce your chances of night sweats. Always try to keep your circle cool
& calm, indulge yourself in some hobbies, like painting, gardening, reading books
etc.
The important goal is to Exercise and managing your weight which the main need
to overcome the menopausal stage Reduce your daily calorie intake by 400 to 600
calories to help manage your weight. Which makes to stay active all day, put lots
of raw salads & fruits make a colorful plate every day, It’s also important
to exercise moderately for 20 to 30 minutes a day. Promote a general well-being

changes.
You should also try talking to your family members, loved ones, or friends about
feelings of anxiety, mood changes, or depression so that they know your needs.
They understand how your undergoing the changes in your life.
If you don’t express then things will fall part, signs of misunderstandings,
miscommunication starts. Family relationships become complicated and further
conversations become worst if you don’t express yourself at the right time.
The menopause is not a medical condition even though at times it feels like it, it's a natural part of life.
The menopause literally means ‘change of life’. It relates to the
time in a women’s life when she is undergoing the final stage of her menstrual stop
cycle. It is a natural stage of life that every woman will experience in her life time.
