Overthinking: The Hidden Stressor Behind Worry and Anxiety

Overthinking is a process where think excessively when our thought process is out of control, causing stress, nonstop analysis of our life and focusing on unwanted issue. Focusing on what happens next and so on, our brain helps us in solving day to day problems in a simple way, but we give so much thoughts to it that it starts overthinking.
Worry, Anxiety, Stress, depression and so on. The thought patterns that are in loop always which portrays overthinking.
Sometimes it is difficult to realize that we are overthinker.
Overthinker it is a harmful mental state where you are analyzing, judging, controlling valuating, controlling all the time. The following point helps you in knowing that you are an overthinker.

- You always judge, question, analyze your thoughts.

- You struggle in making decision and you doubt yourself.

Causes for mental disturbances:
The brain is such a wonderful organ and it helps in thinking always and it is a common factor.
Why we overthink then? Asper the research it might be due to the circumstances that we have grown and it is also a bad habit that we have cultivated since childhood.
The problem with overthinkers. the is that they are very desperate to solve a problem.
There are so many negative impacts in overthinking. These include physical stress, mental stress, social impact and so on. Some bodily changes are racing heartbeat, headache, nervousness, irritating all the time, getting very angry etc.
If overthinking has been lifelong habit, it turns out to be your personality. Overthinkers have huge advantage, they are highly intelligent than others, they always tend to be behind because of continuous thinking.
